Hotline Vegetable Spring Rolls
- Kit Introduction
- There are 10 packs of 20 pieces spring rolls in each case. Make sure to keep them in freezer at all time before bake.
- Here are the components you’re going to need to build your Hot chicken entrée:
- Heat Resisted Glove
- 3 bags of frozen chicken nugget
- 3 bags of frozen sauce
- A sheet Pan
- Safety cutter
- A Half size hotel Pan
- Mixing bowl
- and Serving spoon for mixing your chicken and sauce.

Hotline Vegetable Spring Rolls
Step 1
Depends how busy store gets, take out 1 or 2 packs of frozen spring rolls and place them on sheet pan with parchment paper.
Transfer sheet pan to Rational combi oven and use the preset POT PIE Setting.
Best of Practice:
Leave little space between each spring roll so they can be cook evenly.
Step 2
Use Heat resist glove and tongs to transfer cooked Spring Rolls into 1/3 hotel pan.
For presentation purposes, stack them nicely one next to each other for better presentation.
Step 3
For Food Safety Purposes:
Transfer Spring Rolls pan immediately to hot case under the heat lamp to maintain its internal temperature at 141 F.
Step 4
For safety purposes:
Use heat resisted glove to transfer Fried or Baked nuggets to mixing bowl ”
