Hotline Chicken Potstickers
- Kit Introduction
- There are 4 bags of 75 pieces potstickers in each case. Make sure to keep them in freezer at all time before frying
- Here are the components you’re going to need to build your Hot chicken entrée:
- Heat Resisted Glove
- 3 bags of frozen chicken nugget
- 3 bags of frozen sauce
- A sheet Pan
- Safety cutter
- A Half size hotel Pan
- Mixing bowl
- and Serving spoon for mixing your chicken and sauce.

Hotline Chicken Potstickers
Step 1
Depends on how busy the store gets, use either half bag or full bag of potstickers. Drop them in 325 F Fryer for 5-6 minutes until they’re crispy golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 F.
For Best of Practice:
Put on heat resist glove and move the fry basket up and down lightly while frying to prevent potsticker stick together.
Step 2
Use Heat resist glove to transfer cooked potstickers into 1/3 hotel pan.
Step 3
For Food Safety Purposes:
Transfer potstickers pan immediately to hot case under the heat lamp to maintain its internal temperature at 141 F.
Step 4
For safety purposes:
Use heat resisted glove to transfer Fried or Baked nuggets to mixing bowl ”
